The town of Primm is about 45 miles south of Ls Vegas. It straddles the I-15.To me it is a bit down at the heels, but I could be wrong. The big attraction here is the fact that a part of the town is actually in the state of California. It was formerly known as “Stateline”. People flock to this place from Las Vegas to buy State of California lottery tickets. Especially when the prize goes up to a billion dollars or more.
