The Station Casinos Corp. wants to build a new casino resembling the Red Rock casino/spa at Via Inspirada and Bicentennial Parkway. A lot of acreage has been acquired, but there does not seem any hurry. It has been in the planning stage since about 2014. I don’t know why the Fiesta was torn down. Apparently it was taking business from the Sunset Station which is only a couple of miles distant as the crow flies. On a personal note, I loved the Fiesta. Good buffet for a very reasonable price.
