That one can be found next to the Flamingo Hotel at the end of what used to be just an alley. I know that, because I used to walk through that alley to get home. Here is the thing with that wheel. I did not enjoy it for the simple reason I have a weak bladder. The reason I have a weak bladder is because I am real old. It is something to consider. I made it a point to use the bathroom before entering one of the cabins. The wheel rotates real slowly. I think about an hour for a whole rotation.
