he South Point does a lot of horse shows, rodeos etc. It has indoor arenas, two of them in fact. I am local, I visit often. About the food. It may be cheap, but it is not the best in flavor. Still very good deal if you know how to pick. The steak house is real good. One draw back. It is about five or six miles from center strip. You can get there by city bus. Lots of free, repeat free, parking. It is not in Las Vegas at all, but in the city of Henderson. Hard to tell the difference. The famous Las Vegas strip also is not in the City of Las Vegas, but in the town of Paradise.
