I drove the boulevard yesterday, on 11/4/23. It is as smooth as a baby’s butt.Smooth as silk. It is race ready. I don’t know about the bleachears and grandstands. I was not able to look at them. By the way, I was able to drive it. I did not notice any traffic jams that were worse than before. Some people make a big fuss over nothing.
