In my opinion this is nothing but a fancy name for a “Food Court. Something similar to what you can find at any shopping mall. Here is a short list of them that are open for business: Proper Eats at the Aria (we have a separate post for it), Block16 Urban Food Hall, Cosmopolitan Hotel, Famous Foods Street Eats Resorts World, The Sundry, for some reason that place makes it too hard to find a street address. Maybe it does not want walk ins, just like a doctors office. I found that to be true of some other places also. For that reason I should really delete the entry. But let me wait, maybe I can find it. Perhaps one of our readers knows it and will post it.
