The CircusCircus Hotel/Casino is sold. It will be replaced by a new hotel/casino. Word on the street is the new resort will be named Bisney. Nothing is for sure yet. I had to be in that building several times a week. I was a vendor. The property is huge, with a huge parking garage, an even larger parking lot, and an adjoining trailer park and a series of low rise hotel buildings. Lots of room. It also is right at an off ramp of the north bound I-15. Good location, lots of room. An ideal spot. There also is a huge empty lot adjoining. I don’t know if it figures into the equation.
