There is a new tapas restaurant in Boulder City called Casa Don Quixote and it is seriously awesome. The owner is Spanish and he has to be the best, most innovative recipes I have experienced in the Las Vegas area. This is no exaggeration. I think it is going to be the next famous spot in southern Nevada. The dishes are served family style, meaning you share, and amazingly, you end up spending less than you would for a regular boring dinner out. We spent around $60 for two plus wine. This may sound exaggerated but I am truly impressed, much more than just about any place I have eaten on the Strip.
