Several companies offer these tours. All of them start below Hoover Dam. There may be an operator out of Willow beach. I do not know of any kayak tours being offered for Lake Mead. I did a couple of them below the dam a few years ago. There is not much to see, the cliffs are steep, and during the summer the heat is atrocious. It may be as high as 130F at times. I am just guessing here, but we were chased out of Lake Mead when the temperature was 120F.
