They are interesting. It is a different experience from flying in a motorized craft like an airplane. There is no sound other the loud noise when the gas burners start. That got on my nerves. Other than that is is real still. We are in North Las Vegas, on the outskirts of town. We watch the balloon being inflated. Amazing, the size of them. Then it is all aboard. Climbing into the basket is a bit tricky. But the crew is very helpful with that. We were able to watch the chase cars far below. They are needed to pick up the passengers.
