It is happening. Room rents in Las Vegas are very competitive again. I have counted ten hotels with rents around $20 per night, not including the resort fees. Those range from ten to forty dollars. So, you can figure on a hotel room for around $50.00 per night. I bet that nowhere in the U.S. can you get a room that reasonably priced. But for the Christmas rent it is a different story. Those rents are substantially higher. From what I hear it is around $1,500 a night at the Wynn, but it wants a three day bookng. That would be $4,500.. Still not bad for a hotel of that quality.The Rio has a coupon deal that is a real killer. %5.00 per night. But you need the coupon.
