The area behind the Stratosphere and bordering the I -15. Pretty nasty now, but when I arrived in Vegas, around 1975 it was nice. We called it the “Naked City” or Silicon Valley” on account of the show girls who lived in the area. They used to sit topless in the sun. Now I would not enter that spot.
