Shopping at Las Vegas Visitor

Our site uses Ultrashop, an easy to use shopping cart. Click here for more information on Ultrashop. The Ultrashop shopping cart generates an order form, which you can print and send with your payment.

Merchandise Quality

All our products are new, packaged, and operational except for collectibles. Casino Collectible Pocketwatches are new except that the token is a real gaming token used in actual play in a casino. Watches and clocks are sold with a 30 day warranty. Many models have a longer warranty, which is listed in the product description. T-Shirts are 100% cotton with silkscreened image.

Payment

We accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (weekdays) from receipt of payment. Orders paid by personal check are shipped within 24 hours of the time the check clears, which is usually 7-10 days. Payment must be in US Dollars.

Shipping

Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail, insured, 2-3 day delivery. (We have received excellent service from the USPS.) Orders under $5 are shipped by regular mail.

Returns

Merchandise that arrives damaged or malfunctioning may be returned for refund or exchange. Goods damaged by misuse will not be accepted for refund (don't run your pocketwatch through the dishwasher).
