 Canaletto Venetian Hotel, 3355 S. Las Vegas Bl., Tel: 702-414-1000.. This one is very expensive. Serves dishes from the venetian region of Italy, for example seafood, beef, game, poultry. Meats are cooked over a wood fired rotisserie. Last I checked the executive chef was Maurizio Mazzon. There is also outside dining at the St. Marks Square. It only looks outdoors but it is really indoors because at The Venetian everything is indoors. Just as well, Las Vegas is just too darned hot in the summer. |
