We only list those restaurants that would be of interest to a Las Vegas Visitor. The bulk of those restaurants are on the Strip itself. We have listed a few hat are in Downtown or in more outlying areas or are farther away from the Strip. For example: the “M”. There are hundreds of dining establishments in Las Vegas and to me it does not make sense to list them all, a tourist would not visit here anyway.
We have listed them by type of cuisine, rather than by price. Most restaurants on the Strip are good to excellent, a few are four star. Remember, as always, you get what you pay for.

There may not be a listing in a certain category. That could mean one of two things, i.e., I have never dined there, or because the category it is in is loaded with good restaurants.
