I could not find a phone number. They are not yet listed.
Great plans sometimes come to naught. I belief that is what happened here. I
entered with great expectations. After all, the decor seemed to indicate
attention to detail and a large investment. All in the continental (speak -
french- manner). Huge mirrors, fresh flowers, open kitchen. For those of you
lucky enough to have spent time in France you would feel at home here. I
ordered the "boudin". Look it up in the dictionary. Well, no, let me
explain. A boudin is nothing more than a Bratwurst. A French one at that. For
that, plus some mashed potatoes and gravy I was asked to lay out $16.95, plus
tax and tip mind you. I probably could have gotten the same thing at a local
Octoberfest for five bucks. But that is not the point. I was there for the
decor and the ambience. My friend had the gnocchi with walnut stuffing, sage
and a sauce. They were very chewy and the salad accompanying it was very acidy.
But then again only $10.95. What do you expect for that kind of money? Maybe
some of the other dishes might be OK, what we received didn't meet expectations
(always considering the price). There was also an offering of a prix fixe menu
at about $26.00. Lucky for me I did not buy that. Sometimes there is no telling
in the restaurant business..
